Case Study 1:

Training and calibration programmes delivered to maintain professional standards. The PSL Pace Rating Clinic was delivered utilising market leading, up to date and relevant digital video sequences and delegates underwent an MTM UAS Refresher course to ensure effective performance on the shop floor.

Phase 2 included a full MTM- 1 Trainer Training Course, to enable in- house delivery for future requirements, thus saving on expensive external resource requirements. MTM- UAS levels 1 & 2 Training for Practitioners and one delegate was trained, again, to Trainer Status.

Case Study 2:

Industrial Engineering Mentoring and Consultancy support to ongoing EASEWorks^® measurement and database development programme. Implementation and training for EASEWorks^® version 5.1 & 6.0, including CORE and Work Instruction Modules.

Case Study 3:

PSL Pace Rating clinics; on-site productivity awareness training; full measurement programme to establish true standard times by using SmartTime^®. Implementation of SmartTime^® within the manufacturing plant; to enable fast/ accurate Time Standards development and Cost Analysis.

Case Study 4:

Ongoing support and mentoring relating to the EASEWorks^® system, together with training and the recruitment of a senior Industrial Engineer. Implementation spanned 3 countries, with plans to expand into potentially 5 further sites, worldwide. Delivery of fully interactive in- house training pack, on DVD medium, for Rating Clinics across the world.
