Case Study 1:
Recruitment of a highly experienced Industrial Engineer
capable of installing best practice and promoting the
standardisation of manufacturing standards throughout
the group. After initial short listing and screening
processes by PSL, our preferred candidate was employed
by the client.
Case Study 2:
EASEWorks® implementation and complete re-evaluation
of working practices and standards within the Sewing and
Upholstery departments at two manufacturing units. In
excess of 100 product types were studied via digital
video data capture coupled with detailed EASEWorks®
evaluation of methods and identification of best
practices. This was followed by training and mentor
support, enabling internal staff to continue to make
improvements and drive efficiencies.
