Case Study 1:

Delivery of fully interactive in- house training pack, on DVD medium, for Rating Clinics within the UK and the United States. Additionally, implemented project to reduce the usage and cost of high volume service materials; anticipated long term savings in excess of 25% (£1.25m per annum).

Case Study 2:

Critique carried out upon Incentive Productivity and Delivery Bonus Scheme, making recommendations as appropriate; training in EASEWorks^®; Pace Rating clinics and delivery of Appreciation courses. Culminated in company wide culture change delivering improved working relationships between management, workforce and unions.

Case Study 3:

Support and mentoring towards the establishment of an EASEWorks^® database; including CORE, CAPP & Line Balancing, to deliver professionally derived time standards. SmartTime^® user for check study use.

Case Study 4:

EASEWorks^® training and support, establishing the best practice approach for database management across two manufacturing sites. On- going support continues.
