PSL have launched a revised Work Quantification course which features a first week of Basic Work Study and a second week of MTM UAS.
This provides the delegate not only with the practical tools to carry out work measurement with confidence (Time Study and Activity Sampling), but also an insight into pre-determined motion time systems culminating in the opportunity to walk away from the course as a certified MTM UAS practitioner.
Uniquely, this course offers first hand exposure to modern applicational techniques, including SmartTime and EASE.
